The Pacer advocacy center for education rights (PACER) is a parent training and information center for families of children and youth with all disabilities from birth through twenty-one (21) years old. It is a non- profitable organization serving children and youths with disabilities throughout the state of Minnesota and the nation. Parents can find publications, workshops and other resources to help make decisions about education, vocational training, employment and other services for their children with disabilities.

You don't have to be a computer whiz to use this website. All you have to do is  click on the website above. The home page will appear where you would see associated links in which you can get easy and accessible information.
